You may cancel a project before any design or development work has commenced for a full refund, minus any applicable payment processing fees.
Due to the custom, digital nature of our services (including code development, automation workflows, and UI/UX design), refunds are generally not provided once work has begun or digital assets have been delivered.

You guarantee that any materials (logos, text, images, databases) you provide to us do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
